- It deletes files left from programs and browsers that are not needed and eventually these files will slow down your computer.
- Are add-on toolbars a source of malware?
- Usually no, but there are some that malware can install.
- What does Revo Uninstaller do? I am nervous about what happens at the end.
- It removes data from the Registry and system that the un-install program leaves. After many un-installs your hard drive is full of data that slows down your computer. With Revo Un-installer use the default setting of "Moderate" and you need not be nervous.
- How can I prevent pictures from going by too quickly in a PowerPoint document someone emailed to me?
- The timing is set by the PowerPoint maker. A member noted that Open Office Impress will open PP docs.
- Can I use my CD drive to view images and text on a DVD? Also, please explain DVD+ - and CD + -.
- Depends what features your CD drive has. Some read and write CDs but only read DVDs. + and - DVDs are different formats, most DVD players will read them.
- Does anyone use a USB to connect to the Internet and if so, is it reliable? Do you pay for usage? What types of files can be handled?
- If you can get cell phone service you can get this. You pay by usage just like a cell phone. There are three or four companies that offer it. The USB device you need is included in some contracts.
- In OE, how do you set the Internet Accounts for Gmail? Another problem, my emails are late arriving.
- You can go to your Gmail and click on Settings. Under Forwarding and POP/IMAP, choose Enable POP for all mail or mail that arrives... Next click on Configuration instructions. Choose OE and follow instructions.

- Try running "Malwarebytes Anti-malware" software to get rid of any possible malicious adware on your computer. Install it from the club data stick if you don't have it & then install one other anti adware program like "Super Anti-spyware" along with only one antivirus program. Report back if you still have problems.
- Why do You Tube videos not play continuously, without interruption?
- Check RAM you may need more. For XP you need at least 1GB and for Vista and Win 7 you need 2GB. Check distance from router, closer is better. Run CCleaner. Run What's Running or type "msconfig" in the Run box and stop all running programs except your Anti-virus. If the breaks are annoying, you can always click "Pause" to wait till the video downloads completely before clicking "Play" again.
