It should be OK Click Next Some info to read. When finished click Next Use default location given and click Next Click on Next Chose one or both and click Next Top of Page Click on Install Click on Finish To start a backup click on New Click Create Type in your backup name and click on Next Choose your email to backup and Address Book Click Next Top of Page Choose where to backup. A flash drive memory stick could be used as shown. Click next. Click Next Take the default and click Next or choose Encryption. You can see your backup file name. Click on Next Top of Page Click on Finish Click on Run Click on Close Top of Page To Restore your email and address book Double click on the Icon This is the backup you made previously Click on Restore Insert your flash memory or other media and click OK Top of Page A warning that you will now replace your email and address book with your backup. You may loose emails that you saved recently after the backup. Do a backup just before a restore and you will have enough backups to recover. If you lost all your emails then you get most of them back. Click OK Make choices... Restore to the original identity Choose Identity Restore Address Book Click OK Top of Page Click Close You should see Success Click on Exit You are done! Top of Page Charlie LeBer
