Kruptos2 Encryption Tool

This is how you use it.  You could encrypt the data on your Flash Drive when traveling.  If you loose it you may be giving away your personal information.  Put a copy of Kruptos2 on your flash drive along with named folders.  You could name one Financial and have excel spreadsheets there.  You can encrypt any file, jpg, word documents etc.

To install, click on K2.zip

Click on Setup.msi 

Click on the folder where you have an excel spreadsheet.  Right click on the file you wish to encrypt.  

Move your pointer to Kryptos2 and then to Encrypt file.  Click Encrypt file.

Enter your password twice.  You can include a tip to help you remember it.

If you forget the password, you can say goodbye to your file

Click Encrypt and Yes.

Now you will see that the name of your file has changed so no one can see what your file is named.. 

To open, decrypt, the file, right click on it and choose Kryptos2, then choose Decrypt.

Answer Yes and OK.  When you close your file it should encrypt itself back.
